805 Capital Partners has been locally owned and operated since we began in 2005. Since the beginning, we’ve sought to meet the high demand for experts in the field of real estate consulting, investing, and sales in Ventura County with expertise in marketing and negotiations.
We focus on residential projects, ranging from representing home owners and home buyers, novice investors flipping their first houses, to seasoned developers building multi-million dollar projects. Over the years we have evolved from handling strictly real estate brokerage sales transactions, to our current model which provides comprehensive, full-service real estate advising, consulting, and counsel.
Our investment arm constantly seeks new projects in Ventura County, and is ready to buy properties for cash.
The key difference is simple: our goal is to provide advice and solutions that best serve our client's needs, whether the end result is a sale or not. We aim to serve our client's best interests, not to put profits before people. Bill Johnson

A Southern California native and resident of Camarillo since 1985, Bill Johnson has personally witnessed the ebb and flow of the real estate market over the past three decades. Combining an entire professional career geared toward customer service with his low-key and personable nature, Bill truly understands each of his clients’ individual situations and goals. A real estate agent since 2005, Bill’s depth and breadth of experience in commercial property acquisitions and leasing, property management, and residential real estate give him a unique and comprehensive set of tools necessary to execute each particular transaction with precision. From the resale of a primary residence to an investment property flip, no matter what type of transaction, Bill’s approach is well equipped and ready to ensure your success.
Bill has always lived an environmentally conscious lifestyle, and is committed to incorporating those values through offering a specialty consultation and real estate services in “Green” home renovation, development, and marketing.
A father of two sons, both raised in Camarillo, Bill is a long-time member of the community. In his free time, Bill enjoys hiking and cycling throughout Ventura County’s many scenic roads and trails. He can be seen frequenting the local farmer’s market, and around the neighborhood in Camarillo Heights.
Nathan Minkel, a lifetime resident of Ventura County was born in Ventura, raised in Ojai, and has owned properties throughout ALL of Ventura County and now provides his expertise to his clientele to utilize and maximize. Nate specializes in listing and selling residential real estate, estates/luxury homes, ranches beach homes/ocean front luxury homes throughout the Ventura County real estate markets. With a solid background in marketing and business, Nate consistently has the inside track on the newest marketing materials for his clients making sure they make the best decisions when buying or selling real estate. Nate is also a Director with Troop Real Estate and assists agents with social media accounts, marketing and quality control. “I love what I do!”
Prior to joining to Troop Real Estate in 2005, Nate worked in the fitness industry opening his first fitness retail store at the age of 19. After 2 years, Nate had one of the largest fitness equipment stores in Southern California and was well known in the fitness industry for his aggressive marketing and record-breaking sales. Nate was soon approached by one of the largest fitness companies in Southern California to purchase his store. After months of negotiation, Nate sold his store and moved into commercial fitness sales and health club development. There Nate honed his skills as an entrepreneur, aiding developers of large health clubs with finance to real estate acquisition to the schematics of equipment orientation.
Nate’s aggressive drive and motivation have afforded him the ability and knowledge to aid buyers and sellers throughout the Ventura County real estate markets. Nate enjoys traveling, golfing, riding dirt bikes, surfing, snow boarding, wake boarding, and spending time with his beautiful daughter, family and friends!
